At Skin Better, we believe in clean, effective skincare that genuinely works. We understand that not every product suits every skin type. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent, customer-friendly refund and return policy. Please read the guidelines below to ensure a smooth process.
You may return most new, unused, or gently used items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. For skincare items with safety seals, products must be unopened/unused unless defective. For products that cause unexpected adverse reactions, we accept returns even if lightly used (up to 25% of product) within 14 days — just reach out to our support team.
Email us at returns@skinbetter.site with your order ID, product name, and reason for return.
We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label (if eligible).
Repack item safely, include original invoice, and ship using provided label.
Once received & inspected (3-5 days), refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, net banking) within 5-10 business days after approval. For cash on delivery orders, we will initiate a bank transfer or store credit. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed. Please note that shipping charges (except for defective products) are non-refundable.
If you return a part of a bundle or buy-one-get-one offer, the refund amount will reflect the discounted value. Exchanges for a different product are allowed within 15 days, subject to stock availability.
For returns due to change of mind: The customer bears return shipping fees (standard ₹99 deducted from refund). For defective/wrong products: Skin Better covers all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement without any charges. After that, if the order is already processed for shipping, you may initiate a regular return upon delivery. To cancel, email support@skinbetter.site with your order number.
